WWE NXT UK held two consecutive days of television tapings. During the second day of tapings, a huge battle royal match took place, which determined the #1 contender for the NXT UK Title.
The competitors for the battle royal match included Ashton Smith, Oliver Carter, Tyler Bate, Joe Coffey, Noam Dar, Tyson T-Bone, Dave Mastiff, Kassius Ohno, Travis Banks, Jordan Devlin, Saxton Huxley, Flash Morgan Webster, A-Kid, Kenny Williams, Amir Jordan and Ilja Dragunov. It was the main event of WWE NXT UK tapings.
When all was said and done, it was Dragunov who was victorious in the end. So he earned the right to challenge WALTER for his WWE NXT UK Championship. It was not noted whether the title match will be taking place at NXT UK TakeOver: Dublin.
