A fired WWE star was recently spotted at the Performance Center and it seems Stephanie McMahon has agreed on to bring back the star. It is none other than Thea Trinidad, better known to wrestling fans as Zelina Vega.
Stephanie McMahon agreed to bring back Zelina Vega?
It is speculated that she could return to WWE soon. She was previously released from the company back in November last year when she protested against WWE’s third party policies which refrained WWE stars to be on third party platforms such as Twitch or Cameo.
As per the reports of Fightful, Vega was at the WWE Performance Center and was filming content. Thereby it is said that she could make her comeback soon. Roman Reigns & Becky Lynch Bombshell Leaks
It was also reported recently thatt she had inked a short-term deal with a company in March the details of the agreement were never disclosed. The contract would keep her away from signing with AEW.
Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Newsletter said:
“Trinidad has signed a deal,” wrote Dave Meltzer in March. “We don’t know with who or even that if it’s with a wrestling promotion, but the deal she signed would not allow her to work for another wrestling company and it was not with AEW. It was a somewhat short-term thing and the door wasn’t shut on her eventually working with AEW but it won’t be any time imminently.”
We will see what WWE has planned for Vega when she makes her return.
