Stone Cold Steve Austin has made a hilarious tweet proclaiming that his dog Ice Dagger will win the Royal Rumble and main event WrestleMania. CM Punk posted a surprising Royal Rumble photo a few days ago.
Austin tweeted, “Making her way to the ring, from Los Angeles, CA— ICE DAGGER!!!”
WWE on FOX responded, “Ice Dagger debuting at the #RoyalRumble confirmed!” Stone Cold shot back, “Taught her everything I know. Definitely capable of winning the whole thing. And then, of course, on to #WRESTLEMANIA.”
WWE hinted at a Ronda Rousey return yesterday. Vince Russo recently told Sportskeeda that Steve Austin was very invested in his creative direction, “People will always say ‘Oh you know Vince, your success with the Attitude Era had nothing to do with you. Anybody could have wrote and drew those type of numbers with the talent.’
But here’s what people don’t understand and this is what the most difficult part was for me. Bro, when you have guys that are that over, you’ve gotta keep them that over! You don’t know how hard that is. When you’re sitting there and Austin has done all these amazing things, and Rock… and, ok ‘What are they doing this week?’ Because they can’t come down.”
He added, “Back then, if they felt they were taking a step backwards, they’ll tell you! And you knew how smart they were and if Austin was at G this week, how do we get him to H? That was the challenge. And I don’t think people understand, when you have talent that great, you’ve got to write up to that talent.”
