Steve Austin & Roman Reigns Bombshell Leaks

There have been some news making the rounds regarding WWE Hall of Famer “Stone Cold” Steve Austin and the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns.

 


 

Steve Austin and Roman Reigns make their presence felt at Live Events

Austin recently at this year’s WrestleMania 38 and marked his first match in a long time. Austin doesn’t plan to step into the ring again after he defeated Kevin Owens at the show, but he is still a part of the WWE. It has come to light that he was present at Sunday’s WWE live event in Reno, Nevada, the Texas Rattlesnake was in attendance and keeping a close eye on all the action.

Natalya recently posted a tweet saying that Austin being there was the coolest part of the event. Stone Cold responded, saying that the crowd was great and that the WWE roster put on an excellent show. It was a rare chance for the company’s superstars to get some feedback from one of the best to ever do it.

“Reno was a damn good crowd. In it from start to finish. Y’all gave em a helluva show and that’s the bottom line.”

Meanwhile, Roman Reigns has not wrestled on WWE’s last two premium live events and he is set to defend his titles against Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam. On Saturday night in Sacramento, California, Reigns competed at a WWE live event. With 7,000 fans in attendance, he was involved in a nearly 30-minute main event. Roman Reigns defended the undisputed title against Drew McIntyre.

According to F4WOnline, the event had the largest crowd since the March 5 show that featured Roman Reigns taking on Brock Lesnar. After the match, Reigns cut a promo that was said to make him come off as a huge babyface. It was Roman’s first house show appearance in several weeks. On Wrestling Observer Radio, Meltzer talked about Reigns working live events but being absent at larger shows.

“You know, it was really interesting to me, Roman was in Sacramento last night at a house show. And it’s like, he worked a house show, but he didn’t work the last two pay-per-views.”
