Sting reveals he wants to mentor stars in AEW

Wrestling legend Sting made his return to TNT as he made his debut at AEW Dynamite Winter Is Coming. After the debut, Sting has had interactions with the likes of Cody Rhodes and Darby Allin.

Sting recently spoke on AEW Unrestricted, where a variety of topics were discussed. Among them, Sting was asked what his main goal is during his time in AEW. Sting said that he wants to end his career on a positive light.

“I’d love to be able to go out, I don’t have to go out on top, I’m just saying go out in a positive light.”

The Icon was then asked what he would like to contribute to AEW. To this, Sting said that he wants to mentor wrestlers in the company, providing guidance to the stars of tomorrow.

“I would like to mentor some of these guys and be any kind of help I possibly can. Even thought it’s changed, I still get it and I’d like to be a part of helping some of these guys get better.”

We will have to see what AEW has planned for Sting.
