Sting Suffers Humiliating Botch At AEW All In

During the AEW All In pay-per-view, Sting took part in a huge coffin match against the Mogul Embassy. During one instance of the match, Sting tried to break a table with Swerve Strickland on it, but it didn’t break.

Therefore, Sting attempted the dive onto the table once again and this time around, he was successful in breaking the table.

Tony Khan commended Sting’s ability to perform at a high level despite his age and discussed how the collaboration between Sting and Darby Allin came about.

Khan expressed his admiration for Sting’s continued dedication to wrestling, noting that Sting is aware of his desire for him to stay with AEW as long as he feels physically capable. Khan emphasized that Sting’s partnership with Darby Allin has been a highlight, both on and off-screen.

According to Khan, Sting’s tenure with AEW has been marked by numerous memorable moments, and he described the experience as incredible. He stressed his intention to let Sting decide when it’s time to retire, placing the decision in Sting’s hands. Khan underlined his commitment to allowing Sting to conclude his wrestling career on his own terms, highlighting the significance of giving Sting the opportunity to retire on a positive note.

Sting is very well aware that I would like him to stay as long as he feels physically up to wrestling. I think he enjoys doing it and he’s having a lot of fun. Sometimes you hit on things in life that you think are going to be good and they turn out to be great. For me, a good example of that is Sting and Darby together. Not just on screen, but off-screen too.

There have been so many great memories for Sting in AEW. I don’t want it to end. I won’t be the one to pull the plug on it. When the time comes, Sting knows he needs to the one to say, ‘I don’t want to do this anymore,’ because I’m going to let him go as long as he wants. I want him to stay as long as he can. It’s so important to me that we let Sting finish his career the right way.
