It appears that SmackDown Live roster member Aiden English got legitimately hurt during the casket of the Undertaker at the Greatest Royal Rumble.
Taker was battling Rusev in the bout and English, as always was accompanying the former United States Champion and also trying to help him by interfering in the bout.
The Dead Man then punished the former Vaudevillians member with a piledriver and it appears to be the time where Aiden legitimately got hurt. As seen in the gif below, English’s head hit the matt during the maneuver:

According to people in attendance, as the company aired a video package of Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar match which followed, medical personals were checking the SmackDown Live star.
No word yet on if his injury is anything serious but we all know that a neck injury can spell the end a career. We’ll keep you posted if any new details about his condition come to light.
