Superstars Ratings, McIntyre vs. Teddy Long, Cena Corrects Himself

– Teddy Long will wrestler Drew McIntyre on next Friday’s SmackDown. Per storyline orders from Vince McMahon, if Teddy doesn’t show up then he is fired.

– Thursday’s episode of WWE Superstars on WGN America scored an 0.8 cable rating with 1,017,000 viewers. The replay later on scored an 0.3 rating with 207,000 viewers.

– As noted before, John Cena posted on Twitter this week that he had a concussion (storyline) from the NXT angle on RAW. Cena wasn’t thinking when he posted that message as WWE doesn’t allow their talents to perform soon after receiving concussions.

Cena, either realized the mistake or was told by someone, went back and wrote the following: “CeNation. I will not be out of action. I have taken and passed Impact testing, and I can deal with mine hip and spine issues. Never give up”
