Surprise teased for week two of AEW Deadly Draw

You never know who is going to turn up in the world of All Elite Wrestling, and when week two of “The Deadly Draw” goes down on Monday, that will apparently be evident once again to all who tune in.

Despite making headlines for deleting her official Twitter account due to overwhelming racist posts and messages, the Chief Brand Officer of AEW has surfaced on social media this weekend to post a tease for the next installment of “The Deadly Draw” women’s tag-team tournament.

Brandi Rhodes took to her official Instagram page on Sunday where she released a post touting the viewership success of week one of the first-ever AEW women’s tag-team tournament.

The post also included a tease for a potential surprise planned for week two of the first-annual AEW Women’s Tag Team Cup Tournament: The Deadly Draw.

“The AEW women’s tag team cup tournament has surpassed 500k views on YouTube…MASSIVE,” wrote an excited Brandi Rhodes. “Tomorrow we will see more first round matches.”

Her post concluded, “You never know who might turn up…Any guesses???”

Week one of “The Deadly Draw” (Results Here), which included two quarterfinal tournament matches (Tay Conti & Anna Jay def. Nyla Rose & Arianne, The Nightmare Sisters def. Penelope Ford & Mel) as well as a surprise appearance by WWE Hall Of Fame women’s wrestling legend Madusa (Alundra Blayze), has drawn well over a half-million viewers in under a week.

In the six days the video has been available on the official AEW YouTube channel, as of this writing, the inaugural episode of the tournament series has drawn 521,033 views.

Featured below is the Brandi Rhodes post from her official Instagram page (see below) teasing a surprise appearance in week two of AEW Women’s Tag Team Cup Tournament: The Deadly Draw, which is scheduled to premiere on the official AEW YouTube channel on Monday, August 10, 2020 at 7/6c from the Daily’s Place amphitheater in Jacksonville, Florida.
