John Cena teased a TLC appearance but he ended up not being a part of the show. Though now a latest report suggests that he can be a big part of the upcoming WrestleMania 36 event.
WrestleVotes twitter account recently provided some update on the former World Champion and claimed that Cena wants to do something ‘substantial’ at the show.
Per the account, it seems like the event is important for the Cenation Leader because it will be taking place in Tampa, the home town of the former face of WWE:
Heard recently that John Cena wants to do something substantial at WrestleMania. More than just an appearance like last year. Cena resides within the Tampa area, seems like this Mania is important to him.

John Cena hasn’t wrestled a proper match in the past two WrestleManias and this year, he was involved in a segment with Elias where he brought back his old thuganomics gimmick during the show.
WrestleMania 36 is scheduled to take place on April 5, 2020 from the Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida.
