Tessa Blanchard named Wrestler of the Year by Impact Wrestling

Tessa Blanchard has had a spectacular year in 2019. The daughter of Wrestling legend Tully Blanchard has made it clear that she is no less than any man as she gets set to challenge Impact Wrestling World Champion Sami Callihan at Hard To Kill on January 12th

 


 

Impact Wrestling recently announced their year-end awards with Tessa Blanchard winning the coveted ‘Wrestler of the Year’ title as well as the match of the year against Sami Callihan at Slammiversary.

Here is what the 24-year-old had to say:

Finisher of the year. Match of the year. WRESTLER OF THE YEAR. 2020 is a new year and same me, I will continue to believe in everything that I am. Jan 12 at @impactwrestling #HardToKill we make history

Blanchard is all set to create history by becoming the first female Impact Wrestling World Champion if she is able to defeat Sami Callihan at Hard To Kill on January 12th 2020.
