The Good Brothers talks IMPACT “supporting talent” when it comes to outside projects

It was confirmed over the weekend that WWE had released RAW Superstar Zelina Vega. Whilst the exact reasons are not know, it appears as though Vega’s stance on unionising professional wrestling and WWE in particular left a sour taste in WWE and Vince McMahon’s mouth.

Former WWE Superstars Gallows and Anderson recently appeared on the Chris Van Vliet podcast. The duo discussed how their new home IMPACT Wrestling are supportive when it comes to their own outside projects; these of course include the Talk’N Shop A Mania PPV events.

“Anytime we get to speak publicly about any of this, I like to take a moment and just kind of put those guys over,” said Gallows. “Put over Scott D’Amore, and Don Callis, and everybody over at Impact because they completely embraced us the same way. I think that we completely embraced them, and they’ve been nothing but helpful on that end. You’ll see leading up to Talk’N Shop A Mania 2, there will be a commercial in there for Talk’N Shop A Mania and there will be stuff like that on their television program, and I think that speaks volumes to them and how they get behind and support their talent, and the outside projects that we’re working on, and all kinds of stuff like that.”

Although not specifically referencing WWE and their recent ‘third party edict,’ the duo have taken many shots at the company since leaving after WrestleMania this year. It does appear as though this is another thinly veiled jab at their former employers.
