WWE Hall of Famer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch appeared in court on Monday morning for a formal arraignment on DUI related charges from her June 1st arrest. Her next court date for the charges will be on January 26th, 2016. At that court hearing, the Judge will hear if any pre-trial agreement has been made between the two sides. If not, she will stand trial on February 6th, 2016.
She was arrested on June 1st for DUI, driving without a License, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility, disregarding a traffic lane, reckless driving and driving at a safe speed.
On a separate court case, Sych will be in court on December 17th, 2015 for an incident that happened back on June 20th, where she was arrested after she crashed her car and was charged with DUI, driving without a License, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility, and disregarding a traffic lane. For this case, she’ll be appearing in court on 12/7.
Sytch has a well-documented history with the police due to driving under the influence.
