The Rock AEW Revolution Signing Rumors Leak

The Rock’s name has come up as fans run through the gamut of the ‘huge star’ who is ‘Hall of Fame worthy’ that will debut at AEW Revolution on Sunday night. It probably won’t be The Rock, but it’s fun to speculate, and one fan on the Squared Circle Reddit threw out a real hair brained idea. Stone Cold Steve Austin AEW signing rumor speculation has been another theory fans have had fun with.

HearthAttakk posted on Reddit, “Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson is the mystery signing and here is why. Before you run to the comment section and blast me for this allow me to make the point as to why The Rock is returning to the ring and more specifically the AEW ring.

Training. The Rock has been know to get jacked while keeping up with his Hollywood life. He works out everyday and is staying ready for a return to action. (See his social media posts and multiple interviews on this point)

Missing wrestling. Dwayne has achieved the life he has wanted in Hollywood. He has made more money than he could ever dream of and it was noted in recent interviews he was becoming bored of that lifestyle. The complacency has bred a desire within Dwayne to once again “compete”.
Now at this point you are probably thinking to yourself that these are just general statements and have no relevance or point to any evidence to The Rock being the mystery signing for AEW.

Here it is. Please don’t show hate towards me. Believe what I say or not this is what has been told to me through a confidential source.

Tony Khan’s family owns the Jacksonville Jaguars of the NFL. There is a player on that team by the name of Quenton Meeks.

How is he relevant to AEW? Quenton is the son of former NFL coach Ron Meeks who was a longtime and respected NFL coach for several years, he is now 66 years old.

Now for this part, I have no evidence and this were the trust comes in.

My current girlfriend is good friends with Quenton Meeks’ younger sister. They both attended the same high school in San Diego and the same one that Quenton went too as well.

Recently at a family wedding, Sharonda Meeks (Quenton’s sister, Rob’s daughter) was in attendance where she noticed someone who she didn’t know at the time.

That person was Tony Khan.

…and now here is where it gets tricky because she didn’t hear everything clearly but mentioned that when Tony was speaking with her father they were talking about the wrestling business. Tony had mentioned to Ron discreetly that Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and him apparently ‘talk all the time.’

Ron had a little bit too much to drink that night and as he was on the way home with his wife and daughter he said and I quote, “I can’t wait to see The Rock wrestle again! That man was electrifying!”

When Sharonda heard that she knew that my girlfriend and myself were huge wrestling fans and texted my girlfriend what her dad had said along with the encounter with Khan.

That is all. Is it guaranteed? Nothing is guaranteed but if it quacks like a duck it’s not an eagle it’s probably a duck.

Again I don’t want to draw to much attention to the fact that I am bringing this up it’s just so crazy how small the world is and I am going to be ecstatic seeing The Rock on AEW tomorrow night!

I would appreciate no hate towards this as I am just relaying the encounter. Cheers!”

Christian seems most likely to debut at AEW Revolution, but fans humored the Reddit user. T3Sh3 responded, “You deserve to be made fun of for this tomorrow when it doesn’t happen although props to you for being accurate with all the characters in your story with their histories and whatnot.”

Lambasted_Icon commented, “Lmao. On Rock’s YouTube channel, he said he wants one more match to put Roman over and finally close his career. I think Rock’s own words carry more weight than this.”

Stucker41 added, “Thus sounds like some big footesque conspiracy theory stuff. Many people could believe it to be true. Many may want it to be true. . And as much as I hope your right much like big foot I need to see it to believe it.”
