Vince McMahon has been WWE Chairman since 1982 when he bought WWE from his father Vince Sr and his partners. McMahon saw quite a few changes in his company over the last few decades on top of that. All through that, the WWE Chairman continued to adapt to the changing times.

The Rock took to his Instagram and uploaded a post, where he revealed details about the time he first met Vince McMahon in WWE.

I was 25yrs old and had $7 bucks in my pocket.

Over the years, Vince and I have done big business together, generating a lot of box office.
Every deal with Vince has always been closed with looking him in the eyes and shaking hands.
