There were tentative plans for Cody Rhodes to possibly cash in a Money in the Bank briefcase against The Rock, Billi Bhatti reports.
Last year it was meant to be Cody cashing in on the winner of Rock/Roman. We then went from Rollins winning it so Cody could win it off him to Riddle in the final week, and then to Theory on the day of the show. Ultimately, Vince will decide again. Yes, Vince, as this is top tier

Cody Rhodes, is reportedly planning to try out his luck in Hollywood. According to a recent report from Fightful Select, Rhodes held meetings in Los Angeles over WrestleMania weekend to discuss potential film and TV opportunities.
Cody Rhodes is likely to try out acting roles
Sources familiar with the matter revealed that there was talk of Rhodes being linked to or interested in playing the role of Johnny Cage in the planned sequel to Mortal Kombat, a role that has also piqued the interest of WWE star The Miz. Additionally, there was a discussion about Rhodes being connected to a possible upcoming Legend of Zelda movie.
Rhodes has had longstanding connections in Hollywood, having previously landed roles on shows such as Arrow and Warehouse 13. He has also appeared on unscripted shows such as The Go Big Show, Rhodes to the Top, and WAGS Atlanta.
The news of Rhodes potentially pursuing Hollywood opportunities comes as no surprise to fans, as he has often expressed his love for film and television. In an interview with ComicBook.com last year, Rhodes discussed his passion for acting, saying, “I always joke around with people that I’m a terrible actor, but I really love it.”
A couple of weeks back, Brock Lesnar brutally attacked Cody Rhodes ahead of the main event match against Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa. Before the match could even start, the fans were left shocked with the developments. Cody Rhodes was ready to face Reigns but was not prepared when Lesnar suddenly hit him with the F5. This was followed by another as the beatdown continued. He threw Rhodes out and beat him up there, destroying him in the ringside area. He even put him through the commentary table with another F5.
