The Usos’ WWE contract expiring in April

A lot of superstars have been holding off re-signing with WWE after AEW’s rise and the former Tag Team Champions the Usos are the latest names to join this list.

According to Pwinsider, their current contract is expiring in April and while the company is talking to them for a new contract, the brothers have not agreed to a new deal as of yet.

And if that’s not enough Sean Ross Sapp of Frightful adds another layer to this story, claiming that there is concern within the company that WWE might lose the Usos:

“I heard there has been some concern that they may not re-sign. Now, I don’t know when their deal is up but I just heard there is some concern that they might not re-sign. That doesn’t mean they are going to AEW but it means that there is just some concern.”

The Usos started their careers with WWE and they have been with the company since their debut. So losing a team like them in the current environment would be a big blow to the company and we’ll have to see how this story develops further.
