The inaugural WWE Clash at The Castle Premium Live Event will air live this Saturday, September 3 from Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales. This will mark WWE’s first big premium live event in the UK in 30 years. Drew McIntyre will challenge Reigns for the titles and fans are quite excited about the clash. It seems Karrion Kross might get involved in the match.
Karrion Kross could play a role in the match
Some major twists are expected to transpire during the match. Karrion Kross is backstage at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales for today’s WWE Clash at the Castle event. He was spotted with Scarlett arriving at the venue.
Kross isn’t advertised for the show, but he could make an appearance or even get involved in the main event as Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns defends his title against Drew McIntyre.
The former two-time NXT Champion Karrion Kross and Scarlett made a huge comeback to WWE after getting released. They appeared on an edition of Friday Night SmackDown and Kross assaulted Drew McIntyre, who is currently the No.1 contender for Roman Reigns’ Undisputed WWE Universal Championship. With the blindsided attack, he made it clear he is coming after Roman Reigns’ titles. WWE has been teasing to put Kross in the title picture as well.
Meanwhile, it seems Reigns might turn babyface if he drops the titles. The Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns has been unstoppable with his championship reign that will soon hit the two-year mark. Reigns has been the Universal champion since the Payback event on August 30th 2020. It has been the longest reign in the championship’s history and the sixth-longest world championship reign in WWE history. He was also scheduled to celebrate 2-year reign on this week’s Clash At The Castle go-home episode of SmackDown. However, before Reigns could make his way to the ring, ‘The Scottish Warrior’ laid down Reigns with a brutal attack at the parking lot.
