WWE’s next Saudi Arabia event will take place on June 17th and the company is making sure the card is stacked for Super Showdown. Now another title match has been confirmed for the event.
As reported earlier, WWE planned on having Andrade take on Finn Balor for the Intercontinental Championship in the future.
Now it seems that the match will be taking place in Jeddah next month as WWE officially announced that Finn Balor vs Andrade will happen at WWE Super Showdown. Balor will be competing as The Demon King.
Andrade’s push backstage was the result of him working hard to improve his English speaking skills. He is also said to be ‘loved universally’ backstage and that helped him a lot. However, that doesn’t mean he will become the new IC Champion at WWE Super Showdown.
It will be interesting to see how the match turns out.
