Tony Khan confirmed on Oral Sessions with Renee Paquette that former AEW champion Jon Moxley is writing a book. Wrestling-Edge transcribed Tony and Renee’s comments.
Tony said, “I have read some of the book he is writing, it’s awesome. I love it.”
Renee added that she sees everything Jon is writing in her sent email folder, as he is using her laptop.
“Reading all the stuff that he’s been writing, I’ve been up his ass forever, I’m like, dude you need to write a book.
Because he can be a very eloquent speaker, and his memory is so amazing, the stuff that he’s able to draw from. The fact that he’s actually doing it and writing it himself, I think it’s going to be such a bad ass product. I can’t wait.”
Khan said, “I’m so excited about it, it’s so cool. The best part about reading it, is you can tell he’s writing it himself, because it’s like reading him talking.”
Khan also discussed having lengthy phone conversations with Moxley, with the late Brodie Lee being involved in conversations as well during the Moxley/Lee feud last year that culminated in a title match at the Double or Nothing PPV.
