Tony Khan Shoots On WCW Star For Trashing AEW Booking

President of AEW and general manager of AEW Dynamite, Tony Khan had some very choice words for this big time WCW star.

On the latest episode of WrestleFetish Podcast the team sat down with Tony Khan. Tony, visibly frustrated by thinking about what he’s about to say next prefaces with: “I’ll give you guys a pull-out quote for this.”

Tony continues: “I’ve seen Konan call my booking into question. Which I find very amusing. Very amusing, Konan.”

Tony then becomes even more heated while dishing out the facts: “If I recall, the biggest money angle that you had that entire year, I booked.” “I put that entire Young Bucks/Lucha Brothers angle together. I sent the whole outline to you, I still have it on my phone.”

The bomb is then dropped when Khan goes in on Konan: “So, if I don’t know what I’m doing, I’m not sure you know what you’re doing either.”

One of the hosts from the podcast’s jaw drops and states: “It’s hard to argue with that, K-dog.”

Tony Khan finishes out this segment by still being cordial with former workers: “That being said, I liked Konan. I would’ve never said anything like that if he never said something like that.”

Tony backtracks for one more shot at Konan: “I guess what’s good for the goose is good for the gander.”
