AEW will be unveiling the TNT Championship soon. Cody Rhodes and Lance Archer will be squaring off at AEW Double Or Nothing to crown the inaugural TNT Champion. Mike Tyson will be making an appearance during the pay-per-view in order to present the title to the new champion.
A fan asked how the TNT Championship will be viewed in All Elite Wrestling. Tony Khan revealed that the AEW World Champion and the TNT Champion will be placed above the top 5 singles competitors in their weekly rankings.
It’ll be a similar format, but going forward we’ll have the 2 male singles champions ranked at the top above the Top 5.
We will have to see who the first champion will be at Double Or Nothing. Hopefully, the title will not be a throwaway title as it is their first “secondary title.”
