Tony Schiavone, the AEW commentator took several jibes at Impact Wrestling during the latest edition of AEW Dynamite.
Tony Schiavone takes digs at Impact Wrestling
On the latest episode of Dynamite, during the entrance of AEW World Champion, Kenny Omega ahead of the night’s main event, AEW’s lead commentator talked about how he was “glad [Omega] helped Impact’s numbers go from one person to six.”
Prior to that he took a shot as well. Earlier, where he made fun of Impact’s home network.
He said:
“It’s hard to find AXS TV, to the point where your smart TV will just ask, ‘Why?’ if you try to find it.”
These comments came a day after Schiavone’s second consecutive appearance on Impact Wrestling.

He and AEW President and CEO Tony Khan has been featured for two weeks in paid advertisements which aired on Impact!
This week, Schiavone said he was glad he could be on “cable AXS TV” and that after Impact was over, viewers could watch “the latest city council meeting.”
