Torrie Wilson worked with Bret Hart and Goldberg in WCW. WWE icon Bret Hart is known to be one of the best in-ring workers of the pro-wrestling industry. His technical aspect of the wrestling style has been lauded on multiple occasions. However, WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg has been labeled as one of the most unsafe workers inside the squared circle. The WCW legend also infamously caused a career-ending injury to ‘The Hitman.’

Bret Hart takes a shot at Goldberg

Hart recently opened up on Goldberg and revealed that he’s not a fan of the fellow WWE Hall Of Famer due to their history. It has been noted that Goldberg injured Hart after delivering a botched kick to his head at WCW Starrcade 1999 in the main event for the WCW World Heavyweight Title. The kick resulted in Hart suffering a severe concussion that ultimately led to the premature end of his career.

While doing a virtual signing for Signed By Superstars, Hart recalled Natalya telling him that Brock Lesnar’s dream match would be against Hart.

“Always heard Brock was a good worker. I’ve never heard that [Lesnar was stiff in the ring]. Always heard just the opposite, that he looks stiff, but he’s a real pro in the ring. Totally the opposite of Goldberg.”

This is not the only time the former WCW star botched a move in the ring. He had faced The Undertaker at Super ShowDown 2019 and he had botched a Jackhammer that could have caused some serious injury to ‘The Phenom.’ Taker had previously spoken about the incident:

Here is what he said:

“It’s one of those things that happened. He’s done that move a million times. I don’t know if he was concussed at that point yet. Part of that is because I’m not working a full schedule at that point. I’m not kicking on all my cylinders where I can recognize that, ‘Okay, maybe we shouldn’t do this.’”
