Triple H Brings Back WWE Legend In New Role?

Paul Heyman is one of the integral parts of behind the scene work in WWE and it seems he might have a huge role to play after Vince’s departure. But concerns rose as Heyman reportedly did not get along with Steph. Heyman apparently joined Executive Vice President of Talent Relations, Triple H, at a company tryout.

Paul Heyman was seen at Nashville tryout

Heyman and The Bloodline have been a dominating pair. They kicked off the most recent edition of Monday Night RAW. Paul promised that his client, The Tribal Chief Roman Reigns, was going to keep Brock Lesnar down for the ten-count in their Last Man Standing match on Saturday at SummerSlam.

As SummerSlam approaches this coming Saturday, WWE is holding tryouts in its host city of Nashville, Tennessee. Recently re-instated EVP of Talent Relations Triple H was already confirmed for the tryout, as was New Day member Big E. But, as seen in pictures on the WWE Recruit Twitter account, Paul Heyman was also at the event. In the pictures, the WWE higher-ups are seen from behind, sitting in a row.

“Sell me your name,” Heyman told the men and women at the tryouts.

It was also noted that indie wrestling talents would be present for the tryout, indicative of The Game’s hiring style. During the black-and-gold era of NXT, Triple H brought in many indie stars, including Johnny Gargano, Karrion Kross, and Ciampa. Vince McMahon dropped a bombshell of an announcement recently. He announced that he is retiring as Chairman and CEO of WWE. It was later clarified that he was also done with his work on creative. Some reports have emerged regarding his backstage performance as well. It was revealed that  Stephanie McMahon and Nick Khan will serve as Co-CEOs of WWE, while Triple H is EVP of Talent Relations and Head of Creative. It has been also reported that Kevin Dunn could be on his way out of WWE after Vince McMahon.
