Triple H on the future of Brock Lesnar, Undertaker

With WrestleMania nearing, we still don’t have confirmation on the status of the Undertaker, and no one is entirely sure on where Brock Lesnar sits regarding a contract with the WWE.

Executive VP of Talent Relations, Triple H, took time to speak with international media to promote upcoming tours for the WWE and attempted to shed some light on the Phenom and the Beast. Below are some highlights of the media call, thanks to WrestlingInc.

On Brock Lesnar’s contract status:

To be honest, I really don’t have anything to share in this conversation, and we’ll see where it goes. Brock is Brock, he’s an interesting guy to be with, makes it challenging which is always wonderful and we’re working on it. We’ll see where that goes as time goes on.

Lesnar’s contract is scheduled to expire soon after his match with Roman Reigns at WrestleMania, and the WWE are desperately working on keeping the Universal Champion around.

Will The Undertaker compete in more WrestleManias after his match with John Cena at WrestleMania 34?

You’ve seen John Cena calling him out, you’ve seen that play out on television. Where that goes, I’m not sure. Where that goes beyond April 8th, I don’t know.

It’s kind of a one-day-at-a-time thing and time will tell. We’ll see. It really comes down to being up to The Undertaker, what he wants to do anywhere any time and he’s earned that right, certainly, with everything that he has accomplished and everything he’s done. He’s earned the right to pick his shots, pick his opportunity and really dictate what he wants to do.
