Triple H Punishing Braun Strowman At SmackDown?

Braun Strowman knows two things, one to put on a match and two to create controversy. His performance against Omos at WWE Crown Jewel was exceptional, but the tweet following it wasn’t right. It didn’t go well with the higher ups in the WWE.

WWE knows that there are businesses to be discussed with and superstars to connect with, and so it tries to discuss things on a relatively medium level. The work done is also exceptional in this regard.

The company didn’t take kindly to Braun Strowman’s “flippy flipper” tweet (which now stands deleted). According to a report from FightfulSelect.com, people in the higher management like Stephanie McMahon and Triple H didn’t take kindly to this reference.

We need them [high flyers], and they need us. Wrestling is everything. There’s very little truly right and wrong. [Braun] didn’t come up in the business doing the things that a lot of those people did, so he probably doesn’t understand.

There is speculation that Triple H and WWE may mock Strowman for his comments on an upcoming SmackDown. Wrestling superstars also felt annoyed at his tweet and responded accordingly. Mustafa Ali took to Twitter and asked the ‘Monster of all Monsters’ to tell him a way of getting fired.

This was in reference to Braun getting fired last year. He was fired by Vince McMahon, but was brought back by Triple H and team.

It needs to be seen if these remarks will have any considerable impact on his performance and booking in the months to come. We will get more information on this situation in the coming weeks.
