It was later clarified that he was also done with his work on creative.’The Game’ has already started making some changes to the dynamic of the roster. Bayley made her return to the company after injury, while Io Shirai and Dakota Kai have been signed back with the company. Karrion Kross, who was released has been brought back as well. It turns out Hunter is eyeing to add some more talents under his regime even if it’s an AEW star. Hit Row stable recently returned on SmackDown after it was previously reported. Three members of The Hit Row – Top Dolla, B-Fab and Ashante Adonis returned. It turns out Top Dolla had a lot of heat backstage which resulted in his release.
Triple H shares a cordial relationship with Top Dolla
Bryan Alvarez of the Wrestling Observer stated that Top Dolla was a ‘heat magnet’ backstage which essentially led to his release. He also noted that he had a good relationship with ‘The Game’ and had no heat with him. Many stars pushed in NXT were let go last year but some have made their comebacks as well.
”Wrestling Observer Live’s Bryan Alvarez said Top Dolla was released by WWE last year because he was a “heat magnet” backstage. However, Dolla knew not to be a heat magnet with Triple H. Their relationship was never strained, which helped lead to Top Dolla’s return with Hit Row on last night’s SmackDown.”
