Triple H Removes Controversial Star From WrestleMania 39?

Vince McMahon’s retirement and subsequent return to WWE as the Chairman of the Board of Directors have brought many changes to the company in the last year. Although McMahon is no longer in charge of creative, early WrestleMania graphics showed him as the director of the event. This caused confusion among fans since McMahon is not supposed to have any creative input.

However, the latest WrestleMania 39 graphics have now been updated, and McMahon’s name has been removed as the director. Instead, the event is now being directed by ‘Selma Tinware,’ which is an anagram of ‘WrestleMania.’ Despite much speculation about McMahon’s potential return to creative power, it remains unclear if he will regain any creative control. Triple H has mentioned that he and McMahon may discuss WWE creative, but the final decision is made by Levesque.

At WrestleMania 39, Roman Reigns will defend his WWE Undisputed Universal Championship against Cody Rhodes. McMahon’s absence from the graphic has left fans waiting for an official announcement regarding his involvement with WWE creative.

Since McMahon’s retirement in July 2022 and his return as the Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors in January, rumors have been circulating about his potential return to creative power. However, there has been no official announcement yet.
