Triple H Removes Liv Morgan From WWE Show

This week’s episode of SmackDown proved to be a success with an increase in viewership. However, it appears that WWE made some last-minute changes to their plans for the show.

According to Sean Sapp’s report behind Fightful’s paywall, Tegan Nox was initially supposed to sell a knee injury backstage, but WWE must have changed their minds about that. Liv Morgan was also expected to make an appearance, but ultimately did not appear on the broadcast. It was noted that Morgan was planned for the show only a few hours before it began, indicating another late change.

-Tegan Nox was originally planned to sell a knee injury backstage on the show.

– Liv Morgan was planned for a backstage segment as of a few hours before the show as well.

It remains to be seen whether WWE will revisit these ideas in the future, particularly with regards to Nox’s missed opportunity to sell the injury angle. While Morgan could make a return to television at any point, it’s unclear whether WWE will opt to run another angle with Nox or move on to something else entirely.
