Triple H Sadly Rejects Undertaker’s Wife

It seems many are called to return to WWE to fill in space at Royal Rumble, WrestleMania and Survivor Series. Once these months pass by so do those who have returned – but not always. This year, Michelle McCool was not one of those asked to return to WWE by Triple H despite living in the town where this year’s WWE Royal Rumble will take place – TEXAS.

As per Ringside News, Michelle McCool appeared on WWE television programming on numerous occasions since her retirement. However, McCool recently revealed that she was emphatically not invited to participate in this year’s WWE women’s Royal Rumble match.

The Royal Rumble will go down in the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas this year. Some incredible WWE Superstars are from the great state of Texas, including Michelle McCool. But even that didn’t seem to grease the wheels concerning her women’s Royal Rumble return.

Michelle McCool reigned as one of the top female superstars during the post-Ruthless Aggression era. She has battled the likes of top stars like Natalya and Mickie James and her most notable run was aligning with Layla as a part of their popular team “Lay-Cool.”

Michelle McCool retired from in-ring competition at Extreme Rules 2011. She lost a ‘Loser Leaves WWE’ match to Layla, followed by a post-match attack by Kharma, ending her full-time run with the company.
