As most of us know by now, the United States witnessed yet another mass shooting involving minors. This mass shooting will mark 130 since the beginning of this year in the U.S. Among these mass shootings, over 400 children have tragically lost their lives. Everyone can agree that this is hideous. Many Americans are calling for President Biden to tighten his restrictions on who can and what citizens can buy when it comes to weapons. There are others who disagree with additional sanctions and maintain that the constitution needs to remain in-tact.
One individual who is extremely vocal about his opinions concerning the more recent mass shooting is former U.S. President Donald Trump.
Trump made a bold statement this week – he praised Nashville police for their rapid response to the tragedy, and then made a claim that has many pondering its validity.
Trump maintains that the shooter of the latest massacre (whose name shall not be mentioned) aggression stemmed from gender hormone treatments. That is why he [Trump] opted to ban trans persons from the U.S. military.
Trump’s opinion is that interference with hormone balance can cause a plethora of emotional and mental issues. For example – men with low levels of the male hormone [testosterone] often find it difficult to focus on goal setting. They can become overly emotional, lose muscle mass, strength, and find they have a disinterest in life. Women who experience low levels of the female hormone [estrogen] often find themselves less emotional, far more aggressive, apt to mood swings, and experiencing a general feeling of uneasiness inside their own bodies. Therefore, it is scientifically proven and highly probable that women administrating unnaturally high levels of male hormone [testosterone] to a body specifically designed to host higher levels of the female hormone [estrogen] may become uncontrollably aggressive and mentally unstable. Women often feel emotionally unbalanced during their natural menstrual cycles. On the contrary, men administering high levels of the female hormone [estrogen] while suppressing their natural levels of testosterone would likewise experience emotional and mental instability.Â
