According to Mediaite, former President Donald Trump expressed vehement displeasure and fury towards Judge Arthur Engoron following the judge’s demand that his daughter, Ivanka Trump, provide testimony in an ongoing fraud trial in New York. Throughout the trial proceedings overseen by Judge Engoron and brought forward by New York Attorney General Letitia James, Trump frequently engaged with the media, utilizing every available opportunity to voice his frustrations.
During his recent appearance in court, the situation reached a boiling point as Trump abruptly departed, leaving his Secret Service detail startled and agitated. This sudden exit came on the heels of Judge Engoron’s repeated reprimands, including the imposition of a $10,000 fine for breaching a gag order once again.
However, it was the judge’s decision to call for Ivanka’s in-person testimony, which she is currently appealing, that triggered an enraged response from Trump on social media. Taking to his Truth Social platform, Trump launched a scathing tirade against Engoron and continued his tirade against the ongoing trial, asserting that the case should have never commenced and demanded its dismissal. He vehemently defended his financial statements, emphasized that banks were promptly and fully paid, and claimed no wrongdoing except being the supposed victim in the case. Trump further characterized Judge Engoron as unhinged and irrational in his intense animosity towards him, accusing the judge of refusing to acknowledge higher court decisions favoring his position.
My daughter, Ivanka, was released from this Fake Letitia James case by the Court of Appeals, but this Trump Hating, Unhinged Judge, who ruled me guilty before this Witch Hunt Trial even started, couldn’t care less about the fact that he was overturned. I also won on Appeal on Statute of Limitations, but he refuses to accept their decision. I truly believe he is CRAZY, but certainly, at a minimum, CRAZED in his hatred of me. This case should have never started, but now must be dismissed. Financial Statements were LOW, NOT HIGH, had a 100% Disclaimer Clause, Banks were fully paid, “on time, on schedule,” with never even a minor default, there was NO VICTIM, EXCEPT ME. Any other Judge in the Country would have thrown this case out on day one. He’s an out of control “Nut Job,” who fined me $10,000 over a ridiculous Gag Order so that the publicity for the day would take over from the fact that Racist James and the Judge’s Star Witness admitted LYING TO CONGRESS on the stand – CASE OVER!
In response to Trump’s claims regarding Michael Cohen, which the former president used as a basis to request the case’s dismissal, Judge Engoron robustly rejected the motion. This denial led to Trump’s abrupt exit from the court proceedings, showcasing the increasingly hostile dynamic between the former president and the presiding judge.
