Trump Suffers Meltdown After Judge Kicks Him Out

Donald Trump posted on Truth Social:

“I AM HEADING TO THE GREAT STATE OF IOWA TO FULFILL A COMMITMENT MADE TO DO A BIG FOXNEWS TOWN HALL. TONIGHT, 9:00 P.M. Eastern! I WILL THEN BE FORCED TO CIRCLE BACK TO NEW YORK WHERE I WOULD LIKE TO PERSONALLY DO THE CLOSING ARGUMENT ON THE CIVIL TRIAL WHERE THE TRUMP HATING JUDGE AND ATTORNEY GENERAL ARE WORKING CLOSELY TOGETHER TO “SCREW ME,” EVEN THOUGH I HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG. THIS IS A RIGGED AND UNFAIR TRIAL — NO JURY, NO VICTIMS, A GREAT FINANCIAL STATEMENT — JUST BEFORE THE IMPORTANT IOWA PRIMARY — ELECTION INTERFERENCE. JUDGE REFUSES TO ABIDE BY THE JUNE APPELLATE DIVISION DECISION WHICH GAVE ME A TOTAL VICTORY IN THIS WITCH HUNT!”

Trump’s lawyer, Alina Habba, strongly criticized state rulings branding former President Donald Trump as an insurrectionist, vehemently asserting that he “never did an insurrection.” Trump is now facing exclusion from Republican presidential primary ballots in Colorado and Maine on the basis of violating the 14th Amendment due to his alleged involvement in the January 6 insurrection.

During an appearance on Fox News Channel’s The Story with Martha MacCallum, Habba expressed her disapproval of Senator Sheldon Whitehouse’s characterization of the Supreme Court as “MAGA-ized.” She dismissed it as a narrative meant to instill fear and questioned the use of the term “Make America Great Again” in a negative light. Habba emphasized that the phrase is not synonymous with destructive or corrupt actions but signifies a desire to improve the country.

Habba accused the left of employing a tactic to intimidate radical individuals by portraying the Supreme Court as radical and suggested a parallel with corrupt entities allegedly supported by George Soros in legal battles against Trump. She labeled the characterization of Trump as an insurrectionist as un-American, ridiculous, and a form of election interference. Habba emphasized the importance of due process, trial rights, and the right to be heard, asserting that calling someone an insurrectionist without evidence is baseless.

Addressing the looming legal battles, Habba revealed that an appeal to the Colorado decision is imminent, underscoring her team’s commitment to challenging the rulings. She also highlighted the position of another Trump attorney, Christina Bobb, who argued that Trump should be allowed on the ballot even if found guilty of insurrection. The unfolding legal developments surrounding Trump’s eligibility for the presidential primary ballots continue to fuel tensions and debates, with both legal teams gearing up for the challenges ahead.

SEN. SHELDON WHITEHOUSE: End up in front of a very maga ised Supreme Court.

MARTHA MACCALLUM: A very MAGA-ized Supreme Court is the way he termed that. Let’s bring in Alina Habba, a lawyer for former President trump. Polina, thank you. Good to have you with us today. What’s your reaction to Sheldon Whitehouse referring to this Supreme Court as a MAGA-ized court?

ALINA HABBA: It’s the narrative they love to do to scare you, right? To make you think that the Constitution actually isn’t correct on this one, that it’s just in fact that we have a Supreme Court that is MAGA-ized. I mean, I’ve never heard them use a phrase that is all positive. “Make America Great Again”.

It’s not “Destroy America.” It’s not “Corrupt Our Children, Open Our Borders.” It’s “Make America Great Again”.

And they use it to scare these incredibly radical left people and to make them believe that the Supreme Court, the highest court in this country, would be as radical and ridiculous as some of the corrupt Soros-backed AIGs and DA’s that I’ve seen in court against Donald Trump.

It’s a tactic. It’s a it’s a typical left-wing tactic. We’ve seen it time and time again.

I’m looking forward to seeing what their decision is. They are going to have to make tough decisions, obviously. But to me, the law is very clear. You can, there’s due process. There’s rights to trial. There’s rights to be heard.

You can’t call someone an insurrectionist that never did an insurrection, that’s never been guilty of an insurrection! It’s un-American! It’s ridiculous. And it’s frankly, election interference at its finest. They’re just desperate, Martha. You know that.

MARTHA MACCALLUM: So what is the next move from your team, from the legal team, in terms of the Colorado decision, which you all have not appealed yet?

ALINA HABBA: It’s imminent. It’s imminent. We will be doing so.
