Donald Trump’s former lawyer, Sidney Powell may have troubles in the coming days as she has pled guilty in the Georgia election interference case brought forth by Fulton County DA Fani Willis. Powell accepted these claims by appearing in a Georgia courtroom.
Sidney has pled guilty to six misdemeanor counts, including racketeering. This happened on Thursday and it’s worth noting that her trial was set to begin the next day. She was behind Donald Trump’s attempt to claim the 2020 election was stolen.

Donald Trump has claimed all along that the 2020 election was stolen. She was a promiser of a “Kraken” that was never delivered. CNN’s Zachary Cohen shared the news via social media that Powell is the biggest name to agree to a plea deal.
This pleading has no jail term as per the plea deal, but CNN’s Marshall Cohen reports that Powell needs to testify during future trials and even write an apology letter to the Georgian people. She was sentenced to six years probation, a $6,000 fine and $2,700 in restitution.
