The WWE took yet another step in cementing the women’s revolution with the much-awaited all women’s pay-per-view Evolution. The event saw it’s fair share of returns and memorable moments to be ultimately capped as one of the best pay-per-views of the year.
Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair stole the show with their last women standing match for the SmackDown Women’s title. While Toni Storm was crowned as the 2018 Mae young Classic winner, Shayna Baszler became the very first 2-time NXT Champion.
The main event saw Ronda Rousey retain her RAW Women’s title with a win over Nikki Bella. Here’s how personalities from pro wrestling and fans reacted to the event on Twitter.

Just got home from an absolutely incredible #WWEEvolution. Those women didn’t just hit a home run, they knocked the cover off of the ball.
Congratulations to everybody involved.
