Several performers will be reporting to the WWE Performance Center in February. The latest additions definitely seem promising.
Now it seems that two talents have officially signed with WWE and will also be reporting to the WWE Performance Center next month. One of their old promotions International Wrestling Syndicate tweeted took to Twitter to confirm their signing and wished them the best of luck.

It is interesting to mention that IWS is where Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens made a name for themselves in professional wrestling. So 3.0 is definitely coming from a great place. The team was also squashed by both The Revival on NXT and AOP on RAW.
