On this week’s episode of SmackDown, John Morrison defeated former WWE Champion Kofi Kingston in singles action. JoMo’s return to the blue brand has been quite successful so far as he now holds pinfall victories over both the members of the New Day.
Now WWE has announced that John Morrison and his buddy The Miz have officially declared themselves as entrants in the Royal Rumble match. The two men have been on quite a roll since reuniting a few weeks ago and this could prove beneficial for them come Sunday.

Now only three spots are open for surprises and quite possibly some NXT Superstars. It will be interesting to see how WWE handles this situation come Sunday.
