Two top NJPW stars signed new contracts

The world of professional wrestling is an ever-changing one and that will also be the case for 2020. Two of NJPW’s best wrestlers will be staying with the company next year.

Hiroshi Tanahashi took to Twitter and revealed that he has signed a new contract with NJPW. Here is what Tananashi said, which is translated from Japanese.

“The player contract with New Japan Pro Wrestling has been updated. I will do my best next year. Thank you!!”

Yuji Nagata also took to Twitter and revealed he has signed a new contract. Here is what he said:

“Christmas Eve this year is really cold. It may be the coldest in the past few years?! [Laughs] Such a contract was renewed today. Thank you for New Japan Pro-Wrestling Hiroshi Nagata in 2020.”

With the two top stars in the company signed to new contracts, NJPW does not have to worry about them leaving anytime soon.
