UFC president Dana White revealed the “of the night” bonuses awarded to the fighters of UFC 124 during the post-fight press conference in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Georges St. Pierre and Josh Koscheck earned the “Fight of the Night” bonus of $100,000 after a fan voted them winners unaninimously, though Dana White believed that Matt Riddle vs. Sean Pierson was the best fight of the show. White mentioned that he “took care of them” as well, which most likely means some kind of bonus was sent their way as well.
Mac Danzig also took home an extra $100,000 for the “Knockout of the Night” for his beautiful one-punch knockout of Joe “Daddy” Stevenson.
Mark Bocek and Jim Miller split the “Submission of the Night” where they recieved $50,000 a piece.
