Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier are set to lock horns on Saturday at UFC 264 pay-per-view. During the press conference, Conor McGregor went face to face with Poirier. UFC President Dana White was having trouble keeping the two fighters separate and McGregor threw a kick Dustin’s direction before departing.

UFC women’s flyweight contender Lauren Murphy recently took to Twitter to say that a suspension and fine will result in touching your opponent during any ceremonial weigh-ins. The only thing that is allowed is a handshake, fist bump, or high five. Obviously kicking your opponent is off limits. She wrote:
“They just told us at weigh ins that if we touch our opponent at ceremonial weigh ins for any thing other than a fist bump, or a handshake, or high five, we will be pulled from the card, suspended, and fined. GOOD”
It is not known what consequences The Notorious One will have to face. It has not been confirmed yet. We will have to see if McGregor is charged any fine.
