Yana Kunitskaya is part of the UFC’s bantamweight women’s division and she decided to squash some rumors about her. Heading into last month’s pay-per-view, Kunitskaya had won back-to-back fights via unanimous decisions against Julija Stoliarenko and Ketlen Vieira.
According to MMA News, She believed she would be able to defeat Amanda Nunes for her title but quickly learned she was no match for the Mexican star. A recent post-fight revelation also made many fans concerned as Yana, who is currently in a relationship with UFC light heavyweight contender Thiago Santos, recently announced that they are expecting their second child together.
Many fans wondered if she was already pregnant while competing in fights. Kunitskaya took to Instagram a day after the announcement and debunked all the rumors about her being pregnant during fights.
“Just to make clear !!! I didn’t fought pregnant!!! in the left sight I am with my first son 2 months pregnant, there is right side 2nd month pregnant. It’s just how my body react . All you who keep txting me , mind your own business,” wrote Kunitskaya underneath a picture comparing her first pregnancy with her current situation.
Yana Kunitskaya hopes to be back in the best shape possible whenever she can as well.
