United States Title match to take place on Smackdown Live

On last week’s episode of Smackdown Live, Jeff Hardy called out Shinsuke Nakamura, who viciously assaulted him after getting DQ’d in their match the week prior.

The United States Champion said that he cannot forget the memory of Shinsuke’s actions and that Shinsuke has “opened his eyes.” Jeff Hardy might not be “Woken” at the moment, but the Charismatic Enigma seems to have gone through a slight change after his beat down two weeks ago.

Nakamura later on in the night promised to destroy Hardy and close his eyes. Smackdown Live’s GM Paige has heard the comments of both men, and made an official announcement on Twitter, revealing to the WWE Universe that Jeff Hardy will defend his United States Championship against Shinsuke Nakamura this Tuesday night.

Will Shinsuke finally capture his first main roster title? Will Jeff Hardy’s newly opened eyes guide him to a victory over the King of Strong Style?

Sick of seeing the same repetitive foreigner champion hates America angle that Has gone on for the last three plus years, Shinsuke’s first main roster title should have been the wwe championship won at last year’s Summerslam.
