As noted, 29-year-old Donald Nemeth, who is the younger brother of Dolph Ziggler, was recently charged with aggravated murder. Nemeth is being accused of murdering 34-year-old Joseph Mascol, who was shot at the University Hotel and Suites in Cleveland, OH on January 23rd. Police obtained a warrant for Nemeth’s arrest last month. Police caught Nemeth, and he is currently in jail on a $1 million bond after being indicted by a grand jury on May 6th.
Nemeth allegedly tried to rob Mascol in the seventh-floor hallway of the hotel and Nemeth shot and killed him.
Nemeth appeared in Cleveland court on Wednesday to plead not guilty to the murder charge, according to the Cleveland Plain Dealer.
