This past Monday night, WWE started their story for the Intercontinental Title match at Wrestlemania. After the Miz came out to complain about the lack of respect he’s received, Kurt Angle told him that his opponent that night might determine who he would face at Wrestlemania.
However, the Miz was caught off guard by, not only Seth Rollins, who defeated the champion, but Finn Balor as well. After suffering back to back losses, both Rollins and Balor would challenge Miz to a title match at Wrestlemania. But according to Sports Illustrated, the Miz will have more to worry about than the Architect and the Demon.
Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated has reported that the current match scheduled for the grandest stage of them all is a Fatal 5 Way match for the Intercontinental Title. The Miz will defend against Seth Rollins, Finn Balor, Elias, and Braun Strowman.
While the original plans, supposedly, had the Miz taking on Braun Strowman one on one, it seems that WWE creative decided to take a different path.
