Pwinsider is reporting that the former World Champion Jeff Hardy was in Birmingham, Alabama this past Tuesday to be evaluated on his recovery.
While the site does not give any further update on his status, based on previous reports we can say that Hardy should be close to his return if his recovery is on track.
Jeff Hardy suffered a torn Labrum and torn a rotator cuff back in September last year and he underwent a surgery to repair the damage the following month in October.
This type of injury usually takes 4 to 6 months for recovery which means that Hardy’s return date is coming closer and he could be back sometime before WrestleMania.
No word yet on what the company has in store for Jeff upon his return but with Matt hardy now owning the rights of the Broken Universe it’s speculated that he’ll return to WWE Programming as ‘Brother Nero’.
