The WWE announced before Monday Night Raw last night that Riott Squad leader Ruby Riott had been injured over the weekend, and was awaiting results from an MRI. Riott’s knee injury was apparently a sprained MCL, according to the company.
The update on Riott’s knee didn’t give a timetable for her return. However, a sprained MCL usually takes around 6 weeks to fully recover. Even a grade 3 sprain would more than likely only keep her out for three months. As tough as that may be, it seems that she may have been lucky here.
We would like to wish Ruby Riott a speedy recovery.
