WWE Hall of Famer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch was scheduled to appear in court this morning for a formal arraignment on DUI related charges from the June 1st arrest. However, it’s been canceled, and a pre-trial conference regarding the charges has been pushed back to Thursday 12/17, which will see her stand trial.
She was arrested on June 1st for DUI, driving without a License, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility, disregarding a traffic lane, reckless driving and driving at a safe speed.
On June 20th, she was arrested after she crashed her car and was charged with DUI, driving without a License, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility, and disregarding a traffic lane. For this case, she’ll be appearing in court on 12/7.
Sytch has a well-documented history with the police due to driving under the influence.
