Scott Steiner is scheduled to be in court on February 11th, 2016 in Nashville, Tennessee to fight the lawsuit that is pending against him by TNA. This is the trial part of the lawsuit.
TNA sued Steiner in June 2012, claiming he breached his TNA contract by making disparaging remarks about TNA, Hulk Hogan, Eric Bischoff and Bruce Prichard, among others.
According to Steiner, his TNA deal expired and while he was offered a new contract, he opted to turn it down and never executed the deal.
However, TNA feels different and is seeking damages and an injunction to stop Steiner from speaking out.
