– WWE taped the following matches for tonight’s SmackDown:
* Sheamus vs. Wade Barrett in a non-title match
* Rosa Mendes vs. Natalya
* Drew McIntyre vs. Randy Orton
* The Miz vs. Darren Young
* Kane, Daniel Bryan and Alberto Del Rio vs. Big Show, Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow in an Elimination Match
There will also be special appearances by CM Punk and The Rock.
– WWE Legend The Honky Tonk Man turns 60 years old today while Michelle McCool turns 33.
– As noted earlier, WWE is thinking about doing away with the RAW and SmackDown branded live events. This has to do with the frustration of having a hard time drawing at live events labeled SmackDown.
